Tree House

Finished in July 2024 our 3 Tree Houses are a haven of calm in the woods just to the south of Madeira’s walled garden. Each Tree House is decorated in a mid century Scandi style and offers a truly unique experience.

They are designed for 2 adults and offer the perfect Romantic Escape. Each Tree House has a bath or a hot tub high on the deck together with sun loungers and a Bistro Table to sit and have a drink looking at the abundance of nature around you.

The Tree Houses are very comfortable, cosy in winter and cool in the summer. They each have heating and a log burner with a small oven on top if you fancy a bit of rustic cooking. The kitchen has a couple of gas burners, a large air fryer (don’t worry we’ve popped a recipe book in the house for you to get inspiration from) a fridge with small freezer and plenty of equipment to cook with.

The shower rooms have water from the mains so they are powerful and always hot.

The bedroom has a king sized bed set high on the mezzanine which is reached by a spiral staircase. The space saving stair is great but just bare in mind getting a large suit case up there is not possible. Better to pack in smaller bags for your trip.

If you are celebrating a special date or just want to have a really Romantic Experience we offer packages that tailor the experience to your needs. We can pop in chocolates hand made in the village at The Coco Tree, a bottle of fizz, some decoration, candles, lanterns round the hot tub. Just let us know and we’ll arrange it for you.
