Grangemuir sits right in the heart of the East Neuk, so rather than driving in for the evening, why not stay and turn it into a proper weekend away?
Stay in a cottage or tree house. Guests booking one of our cottages or tree houses for the weekend receive complimentary access to the Macbeth performance, so you can watch the show, wander back through the gardens, and fall asleep among the trees rather than facing the drive home
Explore the East Neuk. With Madeira as your base, you’re minutes from Pittenweem, Anstruther and the rest of the East Neuk coastline, beaches, harbours, and some of the best seafood in Scotland.
Visit Bowhouse Market. Perfect timing — Bowhouse’s August market weekend falls on the same days, 8th & 9th August, 10am–4pm. Expect Scottish food and drink traders, live music and street food, so it’s an easy stop for breakfast or lunch before you head back to Madeira to get ready for the show

Bring a chair or blanket to sit on — seating isn’t provided, and it’s an outdoor performance on uneven ground, so wear appropriate footwear. If it rains, ponchos over umbrellas please, as umbrellas block sightlines for others behind you. Under 5s go free, and tickets can be shown digitally on your phone, no need to print
