We have 6 cottages we rent out which means we have sleeping space for 29 people. Having control of the quality and service we provide our guests is very important to us. This covers all aspects of your stay from the maintenance regime in the cottages, the gardening plan, the information we provide and of course the cleanliness of the cottages.
In order to keep the cottages and linen standards to the highest quality we have our own team of housekeepers and a laundry on site. This allows us to have continuity and control over what we do and ensure everything is perfect for your arrival.
This aspect of what we do has always been extremely important to us however, following the pandemic its even more important to ensure standards are met. We have guidelines from our industry and the government and we follow these to the letter. Our team is trained on the latest guidelines and we keep inspection records too.
During this time we are asking our guests to accept that we’ve had to make some changes to our normal service so for example we won’t have anything in the cottage that can not be sanitised between guest visits. We also ask that guests strip beds and put linen and towels in the bags provided and that guests dispose of their own rubbish.
We hope that these changes which have been put in place to keep staff and guests safe, allow you to have the peace of mind you need to enjoy your stay with us. And we will review them as guidelines are amended.
